The lawyers who filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against R&B bad boy Chris Brown for an alleged victim whose name has not been disclosed have parted ways with their clients.
The decision follows a reported discovery by law enforcement of multiple explicit text messages between the singer and the woman that undermine her accusations including one where she allegedly claimed he was the best male sex partner she ever had.
Last week, detectives working the case made her lawyers at the time, George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell, aware of sexual themed messages which prompted them to drop the client.
““We were not made aware that the information existed (prior to filing). It precludes us from going forward for a number of reasons,” Vrabeck says. “It’s not a comment on whether an assault happened or not, but it precludes us from going forward.”
The list of crimes she alleged took place include of sex assault, false imprisonment, and gender violence.
According to reports, Chris Brown plans to file a suit against the woman for making what at least appears to be false claims.
