The Hulu and Disney+ legal drama returns Oct. 6 with a three-episode premiere as Jax Stewart faces a growing crisis at home and at work.
The new trailer for “Reasonable Doubt” Season 4 makes one thing clear: Jax Stewart is entering one of the most difficult chapters of her life.
Following a violent attack that leaves her family and newly established law firm shaken, Jax, played by Emayatzy Corinealdi, must try to hold everything together while the pressure around her continues to build.
Season 4 will premiere Oct. 6 with three episodes available on Disney+ and Hulu. New episodes will debut each Tuesday through Nov. 24.
This season places The Stewart Firm in the middle of a growing public crisis when one of Jax’s most loyal clients becomes the focus of intense media attention. What begins as another legal fight quickly threatens the future of the firm.
The trailer suggests Jax will be forced to balance courtroom strategy with grief, family concerns, and the possibility that the business she worked to build could fall apart.
The central question becomes whether Jax and her team can recover before the pressure becomes too much.
The returning cast includes McKinley Freeman, Tim Jo, and Angela Grovey alongside Corinealdi. Durrell “Tank” Babbs and Meagan Good have also joined the series as regulars for Season 4.
La La Anthony, Rutina Wesley, Taylor Polidore Williams, DeVaughn Nixon, and Alexxis Lemire are among the recurring guest stars, while Morris Chestnut, Joseph Sikora, and Brandee Evans are also set to return.
