Samsung Unveils Groundbreaking Odyssey Gaming Monitors at Gamescom 2023

Samsung Electronics debuts its latest gaming monitors, the Odyssey Neo G9 57” and Odyssey Ark 55”, available for order in Europe and showcased at Gamescom 2023, a top European event for computer and video games.

Odyssey Neo G9 57” – Immersive Innovation

The Odyssey Neo G9 57”, the world’s first Dual UHD gaming monitor, boasts a 1000R curvature, equivalent to two 32” UHD monitors, delivering a captivating wide field of view.

Powered by Quantum Matrix Technology, Quantum Mini LED lighting with discrete dimming zones ensures vivid contrast and minimal blooming. Coupled with VESA Display HDR™1000, HDR content shines with vibrant colors and enhanced depth. Collaborating with Pearl Abyss at Gamescom, Samsung showcases the Odyssey Neo G9’s immersive capabilities.

Performance shines with a 240 Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time (GTG), paired with AMD FreeSync™ Premium Pro technology for tear-free gaming. Connectivity is seamless with VESA-certified DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, and a USB hub.

Odyssey Ark 55” – Convenience and Quality

The Odyssey Ark 55” boasts the world’s first 55-inch 1000R curved gaming screen, with a 165Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time (GTG), and Cockpit mode.

Samsung Multi View displays up to four inputs simultaneously, streamlining command and convenience. The Ark integrates a KVM switch for effortless multitasking. Both Odyssey monitors are available for pre-order at Gamescom 2023, with launch schedules varying by region.

Experience Starfield on Samsung Gaming Hub

Starting September 6th, Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield will be accessible through the Samsung Gaming Hub with an Xbox Game Pass subscription, eliminating the need for a console.
