A leaked jailhouse recording of a phone call between Tory Lanez and Kelsey Harris the day after the shooting of rapper Megan Thee Stallion has widely erased doubts of the former’s guilt.
Despite hearing the disclaimer that the call was being recorded, the two parties discussed the incident that occurred July 12, 2020. At the time of the call, Harris states she was still at the hospital while Megan was being treated.
Tory, whose real name is Daystar Shemuel Shua Peterson, was recently convicted on all charges including discharging a firearm with gross negligence, assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
Shortly after his conviction and being taken into custody, his father Sonstar Peterson lambasted the judicial process and made unfounded allegations against Megan’s management Roc Nation along with its founder Jay-Z.
At press time, neither Peterson has responding to leaking of the seemingly incriminating recording.
