Though the injured Los Angeles Laker has managed to get a temporary order to stop his memorabilia from being auctioned off, his parents are stick with their story that he gave the items to his mother.
The items including jerseys and trophies from high school were sold to the Goldin Auctions by his mother Pamela Bryant to pay for a new house after Kobe allegedly refused to assist her.
According to rumors, this was the latest in a battle of vanity between Kobe’s parents and his in-laws. His parents wanted a new home after Kobe bought his mother-in-law a $3.2 million new home.
