Dallas Brand Agency Madison + Rodeo Launches With Creator-Focused Model

Madison + Rodeo, a new Dallas-based brand agency founded by veteran publicist and brand architect Anje Pearson and brand makeup artist Angela Brown, has officially launched with a model that combines brand strategy, experiential marketing, creator relations, strategic partnerships, and public relations.

The agency is positioning itself as an alternative to the traditional public relations model, bringing multiple disciplines under one roof as brands seek new ways to reach consumers and remain culturally relevant.

“Brands don’t need another agency doing the same things with a different logo,” Pearson said. “The way people discover, experience, and talk about brands has changed. The agency model has to change with it.”

Pearson, formerly known professionally as Anje Collins, brings nearly four decades of experience spanning entertainment, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Her career includes work with Outkast, P!NK, Allen Iverson, and Steve Madden, among other talents and brands.

Brown, a brand makeup artist, brings experience from the beauty industry, including work with Laura Mercier and bareMinerals. At Madison + Rodeo, she will contribute to creative direction and brand experiences and work with beauty and lifestyle brands.

One of the agency’s central offerings is Creator Army Development, which is designed to move brands beyond one-off influencer or user-generated-content campaigns. The agency develops networks of creators, advocates, affiliates, and other brand amplifiers with the goal of establishing longer-term relationships.

Madison + Rodeo also plans to introduce THE EDIT, a cultural and community experience platform beginning in Dallas. The platform will create experiences intended to connect brands, creators, and consumers around defined business and cultural objectives.

Public relations remains part of the agency’s services, but Madison + Rodeo says its broader approach connects public relations with strategy, creators, experiences, and partnerships rather than operating as a conventional PR firm.

The agency is headquartered in Dallas and plans to work with emerging and established brands across the United States.
