From The Editor: It’s All About Perspective

As we head into retrograde and eclipse season, the expansive planet Jupiter has entered my natal and rising of Pisces and has me in a meditative and automatic writing flow. Here are some thoughts that I wanted to share with all of you…

So much of who we are begins with our inner dialogue, and unless we elect to manage our thoughts correctly, we are in a never-ending cycle of “dog chase stick.”

A series of thoughts can run away with us as we follow closely behind, and before we realize it, we become a person in the mirror that is unrecognizable. If we are unable to manage our thoughts, which ultimately control our emotions, we are unable to navigate life very well.

Instead, we chase a stick, or worse chase our tail, which creates an environment of fear. Most of us, should aspire to living in a state of “being”, which is in fact, living in a state of love and universal consciousness.

Our freedom of thought is technically the goal of all humanity, and by looking around out at how we are choosing to live amongst each other, it is no wonder why we are failing miserably.

A peaceful life requires a level of consciousness that is astute, refined and patient. It is literally the backbone of peace, and it doesn’t cost a thing, so who wouldn’t want peace? Being able to have free thought is one of the most valuable, yet least expensive possessions that we may own.

So why do we lack the discipline to be free? Well, that can be interpreted as an internal question that is personal, but if we were to look at the world as a whole, we would see that the only thing stopping us is us.

Live Free. Be Free. Stay Free. Ase. Namaste.
