The 2026 Global Gaming League SZN ZERO Championship Gaming Match delivered a live showcase of gaming, music, and celebrity competition on April 9 at WePlay Studios in Inglewood.
The main event featured Howie Mandel and The Howie Do It Team against NE-YO and The Gentlmns Gaming Team in a winner-take-all contest for a $50,000 cash prize provided by Atlas Earth.
Presented in partnership with iHeart Media, the event drew fans, creators, industry figures, and media members for a night built around competition and live entertainment.
The card opened with the GGL Pre-Show, which featured performances from Republic Records artist Dom Innarella, West Phal, IAMJMARS, HOPP, Bella Renee, and Murkemz. Terrence Green hosted the program, which mixed live music with gaming culture ahead of the championship match.

A halftime set from Kardinal Offishall kept the audience engaged as teams battled through the headline matchup.
From red carpet arrivals through the final point, organizers leaned on GGL’s format of studio production, competitive play, and audience interaction. The league said the event marked another step in its effort to expand gaming into a broader entertainment platform.
The full match is scheduled to premiere on YouTube later today, extending the event’s reach to viewers worldwide and building on momentum from the live show.
