GRAMMY®-nominated singer Alex Isley has released “Hands,” her debut single with Free Lunch/Warner Records. Produced by CAMPER (Brandy, Doechii, H.E.R.), the song blends classic and modern R&B, highlighting Isley’s smooth vocals.
“Been traveling, and it’s been too long / The weeks feel like months since I’ve been gone / These sheets on my skin, the only touch I’ve known / Nothing like the feeling that I left back home,” she sings.
The track features raw electric guitar, soft synths and slow-burning percussion, creating a dreamy, intimate feel.
“There’s so much power in a touch that’s rooted in love and affection,” Isley said. “The memory of it can remind you how much it’s really worth. This is an ode to really being in the moment with your person.”
“Hands” is available now on streaming platforms.
