Amazon MGM Studios has released a new trailer for “How to Rob a Bank,” offering another look at director David Leitch’s upcoming crime thriller starring Nicholas Hoult, Zoë Kravitz, Pete Davidson, and John C. Reilly.
The film follows a crew of social media-savvy bank robbers who broadcast their heists and build an online following in the process. Their growing visibility draws the attention of a veteran FBI agent and a software engineer who begin closing in as the group prepares for its most ambitious robbery.
Hoult and Kravitz lead an ensemble cast that includes Anna Sawai, Rhenzy Feliz, Christian Slater, Davidson, and Reilly. The new footage highlights the movie’s mix of robbery sequences, technology, social media culture, and the escalating pursuit between the thieves and those trying to stop them.
Leitch, whose directing credits include “Bullet Train,” “Deadpool 2,” and “The Fall Guy,” directs from a screenplay by Mark Bianculli. Brian Grazer, Jeb Brody, Allan Mandelbaum, Kelly McCormick, and Leitch are among the film’s producers.
“How to Rob a Bank” is rated R for language, some violence, and brief drug use. The film is scheduled to open in theaters Nov. 13.
