Grammy Award-winner Chance The Rapper has released a video for the brand-new song “The Heart & The Tongue,” his first time solo directing a music video. You can watch the video, directed by Chance, exclusively on YouTube.
The introspective song and video come on the heels of Chance sharing a slew of comedic sketches and performances from his new music and film studio in Chicago, The House of Kicks. “The Heart & The Tongue” video was filmed at this creative playground which has become home to Chance creating an artistic pod where he is reimagining music, film and virtual experiences. The House of Kicks was recently featured last month in the Facebook Watch event, “Forward: The #FutureofBlackMusic” with Taylor Bennett.
“I’m proud to be releasing new music again and even prouder to be honing my film skills, and getting better behind the camera,” said Chance the Rapper.
