Remy Ma Celebrates Summer, Friendship, and a New Chapter in “Put Em On” Video

Remy Ma is ushering in what she describes as her “soft girl era” with the release of the official music video for “Put Em On,” a summer-themed visual centered on friendship, confidence, and new beginnings.

The video unfolds at a house party where Remy Ma and a group of friends spend the day laughing, dancing, playing games, and celebrating one another. Fashion, luxury touches, and the rapper’s Bronx roots are woven throughout the visual, which highlights the energy of reconnecting with close friends during the summer.

“This video is exactly how I’ve been feeling lately,” Remy Ma said. “I wanted to be back outside with my girls, laughing, dancing, playing games, talking trash, and just enjoying the summer. Sometimes the best moments are simply being surrounded by the people who genuinely support you. ‘Put Em On’ is about good energy, good vibes, and celebrating each other. Nimi brought that vision to life perfectly.”

Director Nimi Hendrix said the goal was to create an authentic atmosphere rather than a traditional music video set.

“The heart of this video was creating a real vibe. We wanted it to feel less like a set and more like you had been invited to the best summer kickback with Remy and her friends. The chemistry, laughter, and energy weren’t manufactured; that feeling was the story we wanted to tell,” Hendrix said.

The release continues a stretch of projects for the Bronx rapper. Remy Ma recently starred in Lifetime’s “Don’t Trust the Girls Upstairs,” reunited with French Montana and Max B on “Ever Since U Left Me (Big Bronx Remix),” and drew significant engagement with her “W.Y.F.L.” freestyle, which generated more than 90,000 comments on its original Instagram Reel.
